ANZSN Online ASM Attendance

Attendance at the 2020 ANZSN Online ASM is open to all persons interested in nephrology. Professionals from a range of fields will be attending including:

  • Physicians (Nephrologists, General and other Specialities)
  • Pre-vocational physicians
  • Senior scientists
  • Surgeons (Access, General, Transplant)
  • Advanced Trainees in Nephrology
  • Allied Health Professionals (Dietitians, Physiotherapy, others)
  • Nursing Professionals (including Specialty Nursing, Transplant Coordinators)
  • Nurse Practitioners
  • Research Students (Undergraduate, Postgraduate Higher Degree)
  • Medical Students (Undergraduate, Postgraduate Higher Degree)

All persons intending to attend the Meeting must register, including Invited Speakers, Chairpersons and Oral / Poster Presenters. Please read the registration information before you complete the online process. The following registration categories are offered. All rates are in AUD and include GST.

Once you have registered you will be emailed a confirmation and PDF tax invoice. A PDF receipt will be attached if you pay by credit card.

You can log back into your registration to make updates, changes and payments.

ANZSN Online ASM Registration Categories

Please ensure you are eligible for the category you have selected.  If you are not eligible for the category you have selected you will be invoiced for the difference in registration cost and this must be paid prior to the ASM.  All student registrations must provide a letter from their supervisor or Head of Department to be eligible.

ANZSN Member Members of ANZSN who have paid subscription for 2020.
Non-Member Individuals without active subscription for ANZSN for 2020.  You can become a member HERE.
ISN Member If you are a member of the ISN, please contact Conference Design to access a discounted rate
Subgroup Individual from Allied Health or Nursing groups, scientists or a Retired nephrologist (no longer in paid employment).
Student – Under or Post Graduate Individual enrolled in an undergraduate degree or enrolled in a post-graduate research higher degree in 2020. Letter from your university or supervisor to be uploaded during registration or emailed to the Secretariat.
Student – Research Assistant Scientist or Research Assistant less than 8 years post-doctoral (or full-time equivalent) with a letter from the Head of Department to be uploaded during registration or emailed to the Secretariat.

Nephrology and Transplantation Update Course

The Nephrology and Transplantation Update Course will be held on the Saturday 28 November and Sunday 29 November prior to the commencement ASM. Price listed is for access to both days. Single day registrations are not available.

The ASM will be held from Monday 30 November – Wednesday 2 December. Prices listed are for access to the full three days of the ASM. Single day registrations are not available.

Terms & Conditions

Payment Policy

Payment is due within 7 days of submitting your registration. If you are registering within 21 days of the ASM you will be required to pay with a credit card when registering online.

Confirmations and Tax Invoices

A confirmation with a PDF Tax Invoice will be emailed when you submit your registration. If you pay by credit card a receipt will also be attached.

Currency and GST

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD$) and include GST.

Insurance

The registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Participants are advised to take out appropriate insurance, including cover for travel, accommodation and personal possessions.

Neither the Committee or Conference Design Pty Ltd covers individuals against the cancellations of bookings for any reason including cancellation or postponement of the ASM or for theft or damage to belongings.

Credit Card Payments

Credit card charges appear as Conference Design Pty Ltd on your card statement. When using the online payment system credit cards are processed directly by ANZ eGate and Conference Design does not store or transmit your credit card details. ANZ eGate is a secure and PCI compliant platform.

Update

Given the current advice from the Australian Government, any registration cancellation requests are subject to the cancellation policy listed below and as agreed to when registering for the conference. In regard to the Coronavirus, we continue to monitor advice from the Australian Government. 

Registration Cancellation Policy

Registrations cancelled up to 60 days prior to the ASM will be eligible for a full refund where payment was made online by credit card. In all other cases a $150 cancellation fee will be charged. All cancellations must be advised via email to Conference Design.

Cancellations notified after this date will not be eligible for any refund, however another person may attend the Conference.

Conference Cancellation or Postponement

The members of the Committee and Conference Design Pty Ltd do not accept any liability for losses incurred in the event of the Conference being cancelled or postponed due to an unforeseen event or any other event that renders performance of this conference inadvisable, illegal, impracticable or impossible.

An unforeseen event shall include, but shall not be limited to: an Act of God; infectious disease outbreak, industrial disruptions, service provider failures, governmental restrictions and/or regulations; war or apparent act of war; terrorism or apparent act of terrorism; disaster; civil disorder, disturbance, and/or riots; curtailment, suspension, and/or restriction on transportation; or any other emergency.
