STEP 4:
RECORD YOUR VIDEO
STEP 5:
SUBMIT YOUR CONTENT BY 19 OCT
STEP 6:
OPTIONAL HANDOUTS
Pre-record your 3 minute ePoster presentation. This video must not exceed 3 minutes in total and should consist of a brief overview and explanation of the ePoster content with the visual aid of your single-page ePoster. Just like if you were explaining your poster to a delegate onsite at a conference. The video should be of your ePoster single page slide with your voice over, but try to include your face as much as possible for that ‘human’ element.  Visit CREATING EPOSTER CONTENT for instructions on how to create your video and hints and tips on how to make it engaging. Submit your video and PDF ePoster file by 19 October to the organisers via the following link for approval and inclusion. Files should be named using the following as a guide (ANZSN_EPOSTER_Lastname_Firstname_MP4 or ANZSN_EPOSTER_Lastname_Firstname_PDF) and adding a keyword if submitting more then one poster presentation. The organisers will be in contact to advise if your files are suitable or if edits are required. The online platform gives presenters the option to provide a maximum of three handouts, such as hyperlinks or documents, to delegates. Presenters will be sent a link for uploding their Handouts once they have confirmed their participation by registering.  All handouts should be submitted by 19 October.
