Thank you for participating in the ANZSN ASM 2020 online program!

To ensure your presentation development and submission runs smoothly, we have put together the below guidelines and resources to assist with your preparation and participation.  Should you have any queries regarding the information provided or your participation please contact mail@conferencedesign.com.au.

FAQ'S, TECH INFORMATION, TIPS & TRICKS

Presenting Live @ ANZSN ASM 2020

Award Oral, Update Course and Plenary Presentations will be presented live. They consist of live presentations supplied by the presenter, followed by a group presenter Q&A session led by a session chair. Lengths and formats vary, we will be in touch with specific timings for each session.

Confirm your participation by completing and submitting the required ANZSN PRESENTER AGREEMENT.PDF by 7 October.  Download the form, complete and sign it and email it to mail@conferencedesign.com.au. Confirm your participation by registering for the ASM by 7 October. Your registration link is provided in your acceptance email. Practice your presentation and timing, as the presentation must not exceed your allocated time limit. Click Here for some tips and tricks and instructions on how to make your presentation engaging.

ASM PRESENTATION
The online platform gives presenters the option to provide a maximum of three handouts, such as hyperlinks or documents, to delegates. Handouts should be uploaded through your presentation portal link (available once your presentation is confirmed by registration) or sent directly to the conference organisers at mail@conferencedesign.com.au by 2 November. Join a pre-ASM rehearsal practice for the live Q&A session. The organisers will be in contact to advise the time of this rehearsal and how to join. Join the ASM session on your scheduled day and time to present and answer questions from the audience.
