2015 ASMS Posters

Posters

The posters will be displayed for the duration of the conference in the catering and exhibition area, from Monday 7th to Wednesday 9th September.  Posters should be no larger than A0 SIZE (84.1cm x 118.9cm) (2.759ft x 3.900ft) and in PORTRAIT orientation.  Boards will not be provided to accommodate landscape posters.  Materials will be available on arrival for the affixing of posters to the boards provided.

Poster Authors may submit a PDF of their portrait poster design to the Conference Secretariat for featuring on the Delegate Conference App. This is not compulsory. The App will be the main source of information for delegates during the lead-up and throughout the conference. If you would like to have an electronic version of your poster included in the conference app, please note that they are due by Monday 3rd August 2015.
