Daljit Hothi

Associate Medical Director for Wellbeing, Leadership & Improvement, Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children

Dr Hothi is a Consultant Paediatric Nephrologist and Clinical lead for Home Haemodialysis. She is a self-declared enthusiast for paediatric dialysis and leads one of the largest Paediatric Home HD Program, globally.

She is also Associate Medical Director for Wellbeing, Leadership & Improvement at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children. Over the past 10 years she has been developing a profile in leadership and coaching. She has designed and delivered several leadership developmental events and programs and has received the Associate Certified Coach Credential from the International Coaching Federation.

Externally, Dr Hothi is a member of the Health Foundation ‘Q’ Initiative; member of ISQua conference organizing committee; co-lead for Quality & Safety theme for the Harvard Pediatric leadership Program; Improvement Lead for the British Association for Pediatric Nephrologists and leading on Improvement Programmes for KQUIP and Paediatric KQUIP, national Quality Improvement collaboratives for kidney diseases.
